Hello Tato.

When exactly are you getting that error? In case you find it necessary to send us a screenshot or any other attachment you can also write us to our support address: support@cashware.biz

Which version of Eclipse are you working with?

Regards,
Cristina

Hi Tato,

Are you getting a connection error? If it is your case, we recommend you to do the next:

Go to the eclipse menu and find the option Window->Preferences->Xpeaker->Resource Safe. What URL is configured in the 'Host' parameter?
If it's empty, you must fill it in with 'http://server.cashware.biz/cw/XpeakerResourceSafe'

Hope it works!

it was empty i put the url you send me and still got the connection problem

Are you working with a proxy?

Tato March 15, 2013

No

Cristina March 15, 2013

I'm sorry but then I couldn't tell where the source of the problem is. It has never occurred to me. If I were you I'd try to re-install the plugin.

How to build the example?

Alex March 26, 2013

Hi Tato,

Could you please be a bit more specific about where and what do you need to print?

Regarding the java examples, you can download them from here:

http://www.xpeak.org/documentation/xpeaker/XpeakingExamples.zip

And compile them with, for example, eclipse.

Hi, could you please tell me the model of the Diebold printer? Have you got the Xpeak Service for that device?

Regarding the printer example, you can download a hello world example using the printText command from this link:

The model is
Star TUP992 Raster Printer

Where i can get the service for the device? I thought it come with the packages

Alex March 27, 2013

I don't know about that specific printer model, maybe you could write to support@cashware.biz to get further information about it.

The Xpeaker solution does not include all the services for every device model (it would be amazing). You could create your own Xpeak service for that printer or contact Cashware and request it.
